Aluminium is lightweight, very strong and does not rust. Powder coating is a protective method often used for garden furniture. This layer is very durable. During powder coating, a protective coating in the form of powder is applied to the aluminium. The powder coating is heated, resulting in a viscous powder coating.During the curing process in the oven, the powder particles first become liquid under the influence of heat, then become viscous in structure and finally harden to form a beautiful and durable coating. The coating provides protection against external influences. The armrests of the Elle Lounge sofa are made of teak wood. Teak wood is very suitable for outdoor use. Some oversized products are shipped via store transport, others via a transport company or the manufacturer's own transport. Customers are always informed of the delivery date and delivery costs for oversized products. If the customer does not accept the delivery cost, they can cancel their order.

Products with free delivery are indicated in the product description. Delivery within Warsaw is free of charge.

You can collect your ordered goods from our warehouse at Kolejowa 348, 05-092 Łomianki, during store opening hours, after scheduling a pickup date. PREMIUM delivery - additionally charged delivery includes the delivery and assembly of the product, as well as the removal of any remaining packaging and waste.

International delivery costs are determined individually.

Can I choose a delivery method?

Can I be sure of the delivery's safety?

Goods are always shipped securely and properly packaged to avoid any damage. It is recommended to inspect the goods delivered by courier upon receipt. In the event of damage, please ask the courier to complete a damage report. If the goods are delivered via store transport, any defects or damage to the product can be reported to the driver or by phone or email directly to the store.

Is weekend or weekday delivery possible?

Delivery on a weekend or weekday is only possible for store transport, if this date is feasible. Courier deliveries are made on weekdays, from Monday to Friday during the courier's business hours.
