PREMIUM delivery - additionally charged delivery includes the delivery and assembly of the product, as well as the removal of any remaining packaging and waste.

In the event of damage, please ask the courier to complete a damage report. If the goods are delivered via store transport, any defects or damage to the product can be reported to the driver or by phone or email directly to the store.

Is weekend or weekday delivery possible?

Delivery on a weekend or weekday is only possible for store transport, if this date is feasible. Courier deliveries are made on weekdays, from Monday to Friday during the courier's business hours.
